Chapter 909: "Tell Your Boss, I've Taken Her"

Sandy nodded, "I was walking to the right from my house. When I reached the intersection, I was going

straight. Ask Berton to find me here on the roadside."

After hearing Sandy's words, Brandon whispered, "Just stay where you are."

Sandy responded, "Okay."

After hanging up the phone, Sandy turned and took two steps towards the roadside, then stood there

waiting for Berton to arrive.

When Berton arrived, Sandy was squatting by the roadside, looking pitiful.

Berton had been with Brandon for quite some time, so he knew about Brandon's attachment to this

girlfriend. If Brandon saw Sandy squatting by the roadside like this, he would definitely feel

heartbroken.

Therefore, Berton quickly parked the car by the roadside, honked the horn, then opened the door and

got out of the car, walking a few steps to stand in front of Sandy. "Miss Thompson."

Sandy looked up at Berton standing before her and said, "You're here. I thought you couldn't find me."

As they spoke, Sandy stood up and said, "Let's go."

Berton nodded, just as he turned around to open the car door for Sandy, they heard a commotion from

behind and the shocked voices of passersby.

Berton instinctively turned around to look.

Someone supported Sandy, and before Berton could say anything, the person holding Sandy lifted her

up and walked swiftly in one direction.

Berton stepped forward, blocking their path. "Where are you taking Miss Thompson?"

Anthony gave Berton a cold glance and said in a deep voice, "Move aside."

Berton wanted to say something, but Anthony called out to someone beside him, "What are you staring

at? Go drive!"

Upon hearing Anthony's words, Hiruma quickly responded and ran towards the parked car.

Anthony looked at Berton, blocking his way, and said, "Tell your boss that I'm taking Sandy with me."

If Berton let the person in front of him take Sandy away, then he wouldn't have to go back.

"Sir, I came to pick up Miss Thompson, so please hand her over to me," Berton requested. Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

"Are you Brandon's assistant or driver?" Anthony asked in a deep voice.

Berton hadn't expected the person in front of him to know Brandon. "I am Mr. Hawkins' assistant."

"Tell him that Sandy has been taken by Anthony. He'll understand," Anthony replied.

Hiruma quickly arrived in the car. Anthony swiftly took Sandy from Berton's arms and placed her in the

car.

Berton couldn't block them any longer, so he could only watch as Anthony took Sandy away.

As soon as Anthony's car drove off, Berton immediately called Brandon.

Brandon answered the call quickly, "Still haven't found her?"

Thinking that Berton hadn't found Sandy yet, Brandon asked this when he answered the phone.

Berton responded, "Mr. Hawkins, Miss Thompson has been taken by a man named Anthony."

Upon hearing Berton's words, Brandon's voice immediately rose, "What did you say?"

Berton explained the situation honestly to Brandon, "Because Miss Thompson fainted, I didn't dare to

stop them. I was afraid it would delay taking Miss Thompson to the hospital."

"Where are you now?"

"I'm at the intersection near the apartment building."

"I got it. You go back to the company first. I'll handle the situation with Sandy." Brandon hung up the

phone directly.

After ending the call with Berton, Brandon thought for a moment and immediately called Zane.

The call was quickly answered.

As soon as the call connected, Brandon went straight to the point, "Come to the company. Sandy has

been taken by Anthony."

Zane glanced at the rearview mirror after hearing Brandon's words, then nodded and replied, "I'll be

there in a moment."

After hanging up the phone, Zane turned to Yanis and Maya sitting in the backseat, "I'll drop you off

first, and then I have something to take care of at Brandon's place."

Curious, Yanis looked at Zane and asked, "Is something wrong with Mr. Hawkins?"

Since Maya was present, Zane couldn't tell Yanis the truth, so he simply said, "It's work-related."

Yanis didn't press further and said, "Will you both be coming back together later?"

After a moment's hesitation, Zane nodded and replied, "Alright."

They dropped Maya off at the grocery store and then headed straight to Brandon's company. With

Maya no longer with them, Yanis couldn't help but ask, "Zane, is something going on?"

She had noticed Zane's expression when she asked earlier.

"Sandy has been taken away by Anthony," Zane replied in a low voice.

Yanis immediately grew anxious upon hearing Zane's words. "Has Anthony also come to Viteto?"

"Brandon didn't give any specifics, only that Sandy has been taken away by Anthony," Zane explained.

Yanis turned to Zane and asked, "Do you have Anthony's phone number?"

As she asked, Yanis suddenly remembered that Bonnie might have it and immediately dialed Bonnie's

number on her phone.

"I'll ask Bonnie."

Zane didn't stop her since he had Anthony's phone number, but he hadn't saved it with a specific name,

so he couldn't recall the exact number.

When Bonnie answered the call, Yanis went straight to the point, "Bonnie, do you have Anthony's

phone number? Please give it to me."

Bonnie was slightly surprised by Yanis' request, "Why do you need Anthony's number?"

"I need to talk to him about something."

As Bonnie searched for the number, she continued the conversation, "Are you feeling better now?

When do you plan to come back?"

"Probably tomorrow. I'm at Aunt Jillian's today and will return tomorrow morning," Yanis replied.

Bonnie confirmed, "I'll send it to you on Facebook. What do you need Anthony's number for?"

After Bonnie sent Anthony's phone number to Yanis, she asked again.

"He came to Viteto. Mr. Hawkins just called Zane and said that Anthony took Sandy away," Yanis

whispered.

Bonnie was also shocked by Yanis' words, "Anthony followed Sandy to Viteto?"

"Mr. Hawkins didn't provide many details, so we'll find Anthony first and see," Yanis explained.

Bonnie suggested, "You should call him first."

Yanis acknowledged with a sound, "I'll hang up now."

After bidding goodbye to Bonnie, Yanis promptly ended the call. She immediately opened Bonnie's

Facebook and dialed Anthony's phone number.

It rang several times before someone finally answered the call.
