Nydia pointed at Jesse and then gestured towards Bonnie, "So you two planned this together? No

wonder Bonnie was so kind to message you. You had it all figured out, didn't you?"

Bonnie couldn't help but find Nydia's accusations both amusing and frustrating. "Nydia, did you leave

your brain at home when you stepped out? Do you really find it entertaining to spew such nonsense?"

After hearing Bonnie's response, Nydia's laughter became even more exaggerated. "Bonnie, who do

you think you are? Myles has only just died, and now you're so impatient to latch onto someone else's

man?"

Bonnie stood up, and Yanis spoke up before her. "Miss Wagner, I must say, your ability to spout

nodded at Bonnie, "Miss Cooke."

Bonnie subtly positioned herself to shield Yanis and looked at Anthony. "Do you two know each other?"

After speaking, Bonnie snapped back to reality. "They're family?" she exclaimed.

Anthony chuckled. "They're family," he confirmed.

Looking at Nydia, Anthony asked, "What happened? Did you provoke Mrs. Lawrence?"

Tears welled up in Nydia's eyes as soon as she saw Anthony. "Brother, they bullied me!"

Anthony evaded Nydia's outstretched hand. "You didn't bully them?"

"Brother!"

Anthony raised his hand and ruffled Nydia's hair. "Tell me, what's really going on?"

Nydia pointed at Bonnie and said, "It's her. She seduced Jesse!"

"Nydia!" Jesse shouted in a deep voice. "Can you stop stirring up trouble?"

Anthony glanced at Jesse's face, and although he didn't say anything, his gaze was cold and stern.

Jesse felt intimidated by Anthony and remained silent.

Anthony didn't solely rely on Nydia's words but turned to Bonnie instead. "Miss Cooke, did Nydia do

something to offend you?"

Bonnie responded candidly, "What if I say I just don't like her?"

Anthony chuckled. "You and Jesse really are a perfect match. Your tone is remarkably similar."

Bonnie didn't reply to Anthony's comment.

"Mr. Austi, I was the one who hit her. If you want to take action, come at me," Yanis said, reaching out

and pulling Bonnie behind her for protection.

Previously, Bonnie had always stood in front of Yanis, shielding her from any harm. No matter the

situation, Bonnie would always be on Yanis' side.

Now that Bonnie was pregnant, Yanis naturally wouldn't let her stand in front anymore. She would take

the lead and protect her.

Anthony looked at Yanis, who was guarding herself as if against a thief, and couldn't help but laugh

lightly. "Mrs. Lawrence, do you think I'm the kind of person who would lay hands on a woman?"

Yanis didn't respond to his words.

Just then, Meggie came out with an unhappy expression on her face. Walking over, she looked directly

at Nydia and said, "The gentleman who came with you just fainted. Don't you want to go and check on

After finishing her words, Meggie turned to Yanis and Bonnie. "You two go upstairs. Stella said she'll
