Twenty five minutes after, he arrived at his destination, he did not find it difficult locating the company, the company had a very large building located in the heart of the metropolis, it’s signpost was strategically placed at a point within the vicinity.

It was through that signpost that Marco found his way through to the office, it was 8:00am when he reached the venue, he looked round and discovered that a lot of people, both staff and visitor were trooping into the building.

Since he didn’t Know the security unit, he went over to the building nearby, ” Good morning sir, please my name is marco, Iam here for the interview” he introduced himself to a man who he assumed to be the chief security officer.

“Where is your letter?” the officer asked him, and stretched his hands to collect it.

“This is it” Marco handed over the envelope to him, the security officer collected the envelope from him and examined it critically, after sometime he opened it and brought out the letter to read, when he had finished reading the letter, he opened his own file to cross check.

Marco took it from him and followed his instructions carefully, when he finished, he gave it back to the security officer, who then gave him a tag and instructed him to pin it to his shirt.

“You have to sit over there” he pointed to a place to Marco, ” when it’s 9:00am you will ba asked to move into the conference room before your final interview at the director’s office.

“Okay, thank you sir” Marco said and moved over to where he was asked to sit.

There were some other applicants like him already seated, both males and females, while some others were just arriving, he greeted all of them and settled himself in an empty seat at the extreme front.

He collected a magazine from the man beside him and began to flip through.

When it was exactly 9, the security officer came and announced that they should moved over to the conference room, he pointed at the direction they were to follow, they all got up and proceeded as directed.

When they got into the office, another security officer led them into the conference room, as soon as they entered, they were asked to sit according to their numbers.

They all waited for about thirty minutes before the administrative manager came in to address them on what they needed for the interview, Marco was not disturbed because he met the requirements.

The manager also asked them to get ready fo a screening exercise which he would oversee before they would be asked to proceed to the director’s office where the interview proper would take place, the screening was carried out and they were all qualified.

At the reception, the applicants were called in one after the other, and gradually the numbers was reducing, Marco’s turn was fast approaching.
