Hey, My Twins Babies

Chapter 318 Spend Time with Children

Chapter 318 Spend Time with Children

As Brian drove in, he saw two people standing there talking, and he clearly saw Wendy was staring at

Winnie with hatred.

When he stopped the car and was to get off, Winnie turned over. He also clearly saw Winnie looked at

him with resentment.

It seemed that two people were not getting along well. It seemed that someone was provoking. This

person could not be Winnie.

Brian came to Wendy and Wendy was panic.

When she was arguing with Winnie, she was too focused to notice that Brian had come back. If she

saw him, she would have ended the conversation.

"You are back. Megan and Luke are here too. Go in and have a look."

Wendy forced a smile but she was panic.

"What were you talking about?”

Brian did not move, trying to see if Wendy could tell him the truth.

"Nothing, just about the children."

"Come on, the children are waiting."

Wendy could not him that they had argument, if she did, Brian would blame her.

Wendy pulled Brian's arm and wanted to go in together with him, but Brian was still motionless, looking

at her sharply, which made her timid.

"Wendy, listen, Winnie has no motives on me. You'd better not provoke her, or you will bear the

consequences yourself."

Brian warned her coldly and strode forward, leaving Wendy who was nervous.

Since Brian came back, the two children tried their best to occupy Brian, and Wendy could not close to

Brian.

After dinner, the children asked Brian to help with their homework and pulled him to their room. Despite

the children's mischievousness, Brian enjoyed helping them do homework.

This was an indispensable part of their growth, and it was fun for Brian to experience their growth.

"Daddy, you know everything. You must have been a good student in school."

Megan proudly said, as if she was the good student.

"Not bad. I've never had any tutoring in my lessons. I've never been to any cram school. "

Brian showed off. It were not for his excellence in study, grandpa would not choose him to be the heir.

"That's great, Daddy. I must learn from you. I don't want to go to extra classes except for specialty

classes."

Megan felt herself must inherited Daddy’s excellent gene.

"You are great too, Luke got several champions at young age. Daddy is better than you in this regard.

Megan, I know you are not interested in this aspect, but you need to learn from brother's serious

attitude. Everything is easy if you take it seriously."

Brian said to his children. The more he was involved in their growth, the more he felt that this plain

happiness was the most real.

"I know, Daddy, although I have no interest in software, I will study hard."

Unconvinced, Megan said. She did not win any championship, but she was good at school and she

was just more mischievous than her brother.

"Daddy, Mommy teaches me well. I wouldn't be like this if Mommy didn't come back. Mommy said I

have a lot of development space and told me to learn from Uncle Oscar."

Luke was low-key and calm, which was gratifying. He looked like a person who would make great

achievement.

But Brian mined Oscar.

"Do you like Uncle Oscar?"

Brian looked at the children with expectant eyes, hoping they would say no.

"Yes! Uncle Oscar is great."

Luke soon gave an answer.

Megan, "So do I." All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.

Although he had never met Oscar, Oscar was a good friend of Mommy and he was nice to Mommy. He

must be a good person.

"Daddy's great, too."

Brian said, but it sounded sour.

"Daddy is really excellent, and even better than Uncle Oscar. But Daddy, I do not like the way you live.

You have too much concern without freedom. I don't want to be like that when I grow up."

Luke's words made Brian stunned. He did not expect that such a small child had such a deep

understanding and knew his life tired.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"

Brian asked Luke, perhaps he could learn different things from him.

"I want to be free and happy. I don’t need too much money, as long as it is enough for the family to live

well. I will spend more time with my family, so that I can have the happiest and most relaxed life."

"Daddy, you are bound by some things. You cannot give your children a complete home, you love

Mommy, but you cannot be with Mommy. I think your life is too tired."

Luke analyzed like an adult. Although he was young, but he analyzed it thoroughly, it seemed that he

had seen through a lot of things.

"Since you are tired, why promised Great Grandpa to inherit the family?"

Brian's heart was sour because of what the child said. Actually, it was so simple to think of it, but to

him, everything was complicated and apprehensive.

"I'm sure you won't force me to take over the family business .I don't want to live like that even if I have

to inherit it in some way."

"Daddy, even if I must inherit the family, I will choose my love for myself."

Luke was afraid to live a life like his Daddy, so he said so.

Brian looked at Luke, feeling sour in heart. After being silent for a moment, he answered Luke.

"Now I promise you that I will never interfere in your lives. Live at your will. I will not compel you to

inherit the family business or interfere in your love.”

"Thank you, Daddy. That's a relief."

Luke felt relived. With Daddy’s guarantee, he was not afraid of Grandpa’s force.

"Well, finish the homework and go to bed early."

Brian did not continue the topic but got up to leave.

"Brother, I will go to see if Wendy is gone. If she is not gone, we can't sleep."

Megan tiptoed to go out after saying that.

She walked out of the room and heard Wendy's voice coming from downstairs, so she found a hidden

place to squat down.

“Finished helping with homework?”

"Yes."

Brian answered as he descended the stairs, lifting his wrist to check the time.

"I was tired of sitting down and wanted to go into your bedroom, but your bedroom door is locked. Why

is the bedroom door locked at home?"

Wendy asked. She had been sitting there for a while.

“Since the bedroom is locked, you can go to the guest room.”

Brian said lukewarm and walked to the front of Wendy.

"Guest room? Am I a guest?"

Wendy was sad. She got up and stood opposite Brian.

“May I stay here tonight?”

Wendy pulled Brian's hand and said shyly. Her meaning was obvious and Brian could hear that.

Brian was now very tired of this close contact and had no interest in Wendy. As he did not know what to

say, the two children ran down the stairs at the same time.

Luke ran to Brian, took one of his hands. Megan came to Daddy too, but Wendy was holding the other

hand, so she grabbed it from Wendy.

"Daddy, why don't we sleep together tonight? Every night Mommy tells us a story before we go to bed.

Mommy is not here, so Daddy, tell us a story."

Megan said cleverly.

"Daddy, come sleep with us."

Luke begged him.

"Ok, but don't laugh at me if I tell a bad story."

Brian promised the two children and then looked up at Wendy.

"The children are sleepy, so I will take them to bed. If you don't dare drive back by yourself, let Paul

drive you back."

Regardless of whether Wendy agreed, Brian directly took two children upstairs.

Seeing that, Wendy's heart was cold as if there was ice inside.

These two children must be Winnie's troublemakers in order to prevent her from getting close to Brian.

Damn Winnie, she was so scheming. And she still said she had no ambition.

Winnie asked Brian to send the two children back on the night of the weekend. In order to avoid

meeting with Brian, she asked Vanessa to go downstairs to bring up the children.

When the children came back, Oscar was already sitting in their living room. After the polite greeting,

the two children stood next to Oscar with a smile.

"Come here, my darling girl, let me take a good look at you."

Oscar was excited. One was the genius he loved, and the other was his daughter, whom he had only

met once.

"You are growing more and more beautiful."

Oscar was happy and put Megan in his arms.

"If I am really beautiful, then I have inherited my father's genes."

Megan was praised, so she was in good mood.

"Oh, you are so sweet. I always think Luke is a genius, it seems that you are also a genius."

Oscar was pleased. These two children were beyond his imagination.

"Thank you for your praise, Daddy Oscar."

"Good, Luke, come, let me get close to our talent."

Oscar let go of Megan, stretched out his hand to pull Luke into his arms.

"Luke, even if you are not the son of Winnie, or the godson of mine, I am impressed with you. You are

wonderful. In all these years I had not had seen a talent like you."

Oscar loved talent and he cherished a genius with such a close relationship of him.

Luke was smart and calm. He knew that this child was extraordinary and he would be greater than his

father.

"Thank you for your praise, but compared with you, I am just a child."

Luke nestled in his idol's arms with excitement.
