Larry POV

When the call ended without Amelia saying anything Sophia knew something was wrong so she requested that I called Luciana.

“Hello Luciana, have you heard from Amelia? ”

“Amelia! She left earlier stating that she was going to confront Dylan about the internet post. What going on? Is my baby fine? Is my bab…. Ba… “Luciana stammered.

I hanged up and turned to face Sophia. “What’s going on Larry? Is Amelia fine?”Sophia asked, she looked at me waiting for an answer but I shook my head. “God, where can she be?”Sophia place a hand on her forehead and sighed heavily.

“Calm down babe, she is going to be fine., I replied her and she nodded. Our baby cry filled the house and Sophia rushed to attend to him while I paced around my living room trying to find a way to reach Amelia.

Just when I was thinking about what to do, my phone rang and it was Luciana calling.

“Hello Luciana”, I said but she didn’t say a word for some seconds so I called her again. “Luciana are you alright? ”

“Ame…. Amelia… She got into an accident.”Luciana said and broke into tears.

“Fuck!”I cursed not knowing what to say at that moment. “Which hospital?”I asked and she gave the address. I promised to come and hang up the phone.

Sophia walked to the living room with Lucas and touched me. from my expression, she knew something was wrong. “What going on larry?” She asked.

“Amelia got into an accident,” I responded.

“What?” she gasped and covered her mouth. “oh my God. Where is she?” she asked.

“At the hospital, Luciana just called to inform me. “I explained to her.

Sophia wipe the tears off her face and spoke up. “We have to go visit her. Why is Amelia facing all of this?” she cried.

I pulled her close to me and hugged her. We left the house and visited Amelia In the hospital.

“Luciana where is Amelia? “I asked as we walked to her.

“surgery. my baby is hurt, Larry. I warned her not to go but she didn’t listen and now this happened” she cried.

Sophia walked to her and embraced her as she cried. I couldn’t contain my anger as I watched Luciana cried. I had to go and show that bastard Dylan that enough is enough. I left the hospital, entered into my car, and drove straight to the Blackstone mansion cause I know that’s where he was going to be. when I got there I argued with the security and when Dylan finally showed his face I gave him punches that left him bloody.

When I was done with him I left the mansion and went back to the hospital. When I got there I met Luciana and Sophia crying, at first I thought something had gone wrong but when I saw Sophia wiping the tears off her face and smiled at me I knew they were tears of joy.

“Where is Amelia?”

“She just got out of surgery and the doctor said she is stable but… “She stopped talking and I raise my brows in confusion.

“But what?”I questioned. Sophia looked at me and burst into tears. “Babe, what going on? “I asked. The way she was acting was scaring me.

“Amelia lost her baby,” she said and burst into tears.

“Shit!! Where are Luciana and Lucas? “I asked when I didn’t see Luciana and Lucas with her.

“The baby is with Luciana, they are with Amelia at the moment. She hasn’t woke up, the doctor said she went into shock so it would take time for her to wake her up. Why is your hand bloody?” she asked as she grabbed the hand I used to punch Dylan.

“I punched Dylan”

“Everything is his fault. He is the cause of everything. He is getting married tomorrow to the person he loved.”

Sophia folded her arms and glared at me. “Come on babe, you know it’s not Dylan’s fault. The guy loves Amelia but you ain’t seeing it. ”

“Don’t say this when Amelia wakes up please”I warned. The last thing I want is to give Amelia false hope that Dylan loves her when he doesn’t.

Dylan POV

My penthouse doorbell sounded in the early morning of my so-called wedding day. Today was supposed to e my wedding day but I can’t be with someone that I wasn’t meant to be with. I struggled to stand up from the floor of my living room that’s was filled with all different alcohols bottles. I walked to the door and opened it to find out who was disturbing me this early morning.

“Yes,” I said as I opened the door. Anna entered and landed a slap on my face and my face turned to the other side due to the slap.” yes I deserved that”I thought silently.

“How could you do this to me, Dylan? You disgrace my family and me by calling off the wedding. What do you want me to do now? “She shouted.

I bit my lips and faced her. She looked like a freaking zombie with her wet with tears and her hair tangled like a knot.

“Move on Anna,” I told her.

“Move on!!! After years of being together. How could you Dylan? How could you? “She pushed my chest as she cried. “You are a bastard!!!” she yelled and cried. “Please Dylan just marry me. Please” she begged.

“Begging me is out of it. I never loved you and you know it, Anna. I love Amelia” I confessed.

Anna chuckled softly and turned into a rage mode. “How could you do this to me?” she yelled and began to throw the things nearest to her on the floor.

“Good riddance to bad rubbish ”

“How could you still love that bitch? She left you alone and I stayed with you!!”Anna shouted.

“That’s what love Is all about. The heart sometimes never forgets the love of the past” I told her.

“So you can stand there and quote right?. You are a bastard” she raised her hand to slap me again but I stopped it halfway.

“You are not privileged to slap me again Anna. Just go away before I lose my mind and treat you like dirt. I’m sorry but we are not met to be”

“You can’t use me for years and just tossed me aside. “She yelled, I pulled her by the hand, opened the door, and pushed her out then I locked the door.

I could hear her screaming and knock at my door but my mind was made up already. I walked to the bathroom and stared at myself, my eyes looked red and swollen from Larry’s punch. My life is a big mess.

My doorbell rang again and I was angry and ready to give Anna a piece of her mind for disturbing me again but it was someone else that’s was at the door.

“Hello Dylan”

“Sophia. ”

“You look a mess”Sophia commented as she walked in.
