"I'm afraid you won't understand this, although I made a deal with the Yorks..." Mandy Zimmer sighed and shook her head as she knew that the Zimmers won't be too happy if they heard that the funds were decreased from fifty million dollars to thirty million dollars.

Both of them left after saying their goodbyes to Cecilia Zachary.

At York Enterprise, Yvonne Xavier was about to leave the office as she had just handled the incident at Northland Restaurant.

As she walked past Wendy Sorrell's office, she saw Wendy frowning over a big bag of luxurious items.

Being a woman herself, Yvonne was quite interested in the stuff.

"It looks like some rich guy is trying to court you, Miss Sorrell." Yvonne said with a smile.

"What rich guy? It's just Zack Zimmer. He's trying to make me approve the investment on the

Zimmers. Who am I to decide, after all the CEO already had plans with the Zimmers." Wendy said while still frowning.

"Oh, Miss Yvonne, can you accompany me to the

Zimmer Villa and return these stuff to Zack?

Hopefully we can get this sorted out or else my mobile phone would explode from all the calls from Zack for the past few days." Wendy asked.

"Sure, I'll go take care of something first while you arrange the meeting with the Zimmers, we'll pay them a visit later tonight." Yvonne accepted after checking the time on her watch.

Yvonne didn't want to go at first but she then thought that she should go pay a visit since it had something to do with the Zimmers according to the CEO's orders.

Meanwhile, the Zimmers were already waiting in the Zimmer Villa. Everyone was expecting some good news from Mandy, even Senior Zimmer's hands were trembling while smoking.

The truth is, everyone was here for the whole day already, they were waiting for a reply from Mandy. Who would've thought that Mandy went shopping afterwards. At last, Senior Zimmer couldn't wait any longer so he called Mandy back.

Everyone noticed Harvey since he was the only one eating, all of them despised Harvey and judged him for coming to the meeting as a useless live-in son- in-law.

"You useless live-in, who do you think you are to attend our family meeting? Do you think that you' re in a restaurant?" Zack stood up yelling at Harvey while pointing at him.

"As useless as I am, I still wouldn't go and harass some front desk staff from another company and lose a fifty million dollar deal. I may be useless, but unlike someone, I'm not a failure." Harvey dragged Zack with him while insulting himself.

"You f*cking son of..." Zack yelled angrily.

"Enough! Sit down!" Sean Zimmer cut in and glared at Zack for embarrassing himself in front of the crowd.

Senior Zimmer ignored Harvey and stared at Mandy while sipping his tea.

"Mandy, I heard that your advertising company is currently facing some problems, do you need any financial support?" Senior Zimmer asked while everyone was shocked that Senior Zimmer talked about another topic.

Mandy was also stunned for a while as she was not sure what Senior Zimmer was trying to do.

"I did face some issues a while ago, but it was solved after it got an eight hundred thousand dollar investment." Mandy replied to Senior Zimmer's question.

"Good, it seems that I've made the correct choice, keep it up and the CEO of the Zimmers could be you one day." Senior Zimmer praised her with a smile. "So, how was the deal today?" Senior Zimmer then asked.

"Grandpa, I'm sorry that I can't give you a specific report. The thing is, the CEO is quite unhappy and ordered Wendy Sorrell to follow up with our case, which she had only promised to give us a thirty million dollar fund while they demanded an extra ten percent of the profit." Mandy replied with an awkward look.

"What? I thought we agreed on fifty million, how could they change it like that? They even wanted an additional ten percent? That's ridiculous!" Senior

Zimmer exclaimed.
