Gina, And Her Triplet Alphas

Jasmine And Her Bullies – Chapter 14

Noah’s POV.

As soon as the dance began, I quietly left the festival ground, leaving Jasmine who didn’t even notice that I was gone. I had no interest in the dance, so I decided to get something to drink instead.

I knew how much others loved the dance part of the Luna festival, but I never took any interest in it, due to personal reasons.

I got to the drinking spot, and it was almost deserted, with just a few students hanging around.

I heaved a sigh of relief because I was almost getting the peace and quietness I so much needed at that moment.

I needed time alone to think about all that has been happening lately, from Jasmine to the sudden bad b***d between the quadruplets and me.

I picked up a bottle of cold beer from one of the huge coolers on the floor and opened it with my teeth before gulping down a significant amount of its liquid content.

The cold liquid was soothing to my mouth and instantly gave me a refreshed sensation.

The sound of the music coming from where the dance was taking place slowly filled the air as my mind drifted to the events that had me worked up.

The thoughts and pictures of how the three brothers kept staring at Jasmine during the festival slowly filled my mind as I found myself fisting my arm due to an unexplainable rage.

I have countless times noticed how they stared at her with l**t in their eyes. It makes me so uncomfortable, and the urge to pluck out those eyes of theirs tends to want to cloud my sense of reasoning.

I knew they didn’t like me as it was obvious from the cold gaze they would throw at me whenever they see me with Jasmine. I might be overthinking this but I am almost tempted to say that they might even be jealous of my union with Jasmine.

They resent the fact that we were together, but I didn’t care about them or their feelings. I disliked them as much as they disliked me, and I also hated to see them around Jasmine.

Not that, their presence in her life gave me any form of insecurity, but the fact that they seem to have suddenly picked interest in someone they were never fascinated about makes me boil.

Throughout the festival, their eyes were fixated on Jasmine’s body, and they kept staring at her. If staring at someone could make them melt, Jasmine would have been reduced to nothing by the intense gaze of the three brothers.

I took another gulp of the bottle in my hand, emptying the last content into my mouth and tossing the bottle lazily on the floor beside where I sat.

Not getting the right amount of alcohol I needed in my body, I stood up from where I sat and went to get another bottle.

I opened it and gulped the entire content within seconds and once again tossed the bottle aside.

The amount of alcohol content in the beer slowly worked its way down my body. I felt goosebumps grow on my skin, exactly what I needed to chase the thoughts away.

But they still lingered on;© 2024 Nôv/el/Dram/a.Org.

I kept thinking about them and the look in their eyes when they stared at Jasmine. I could remember how they were lost in awe when she first walked in, and how their faces turned sour immediately when I held her hand and walked into the party.

They hated to see us together, but their silent resentment towards me is something know I would use against them when the time comes.

As it stands, Jasmine likes me a lot and I intend to be in her good books for a very long time.

I would do whatever it takes to make her stay with me and not with the three brothers because I can already tell that they have an interest in Jasmine, and that is why their faces always turned sour whenever they saw us together.

Jealousy! They were jealous, but this was just the start of it all. I was ready to make them more jealous than they already were by being with Jasmine and standing by her side every time.

I remembered the defeated looks on their faces when it was announced that I had also emerged as the winner along with them.

They thought I was going to lose to them, but I would rather die than see that happen. Hunting was my thing.

My father had taken his time to teach me basic hunting skills when I was young, and I practiced more over the years, which gave me the skills I had. I wouldn’t let them win and make all my father’s lessons go to waste.

They wanted to be the only festival kings, but I wanted to show them that as long as I was around, they would keep getting defeated by me. Eventually, they would lose their most precious thing to me. It was just a matter of time and a well-laid-out plan.

I chuckled wickedly as I stood up from where I sat, I believed the dance should have ended, so I stood up and headed back to the ground.

I had to go get Jasmine so we could leave. I had to get her as soon as I could, especially when I was sure that the three brothers would still be staring at her and exploring her whole body.

I was a few steps away from the crowd when I heard the last chant of the music. I looked around, and I could see Jasmine dancing and swaying to the rhythm of the song.

Finally, the song came to an end, and my heart seemed to stop beating when I saw Jasmine standing in between the three brothers. I was confused, and for some minutes, I couldn’t think straight.

Was this the reason I couldn’t stop worrying about Jasmine being with them? Was this the reason I had a bad feeling about them?

Jasmine was their mate! They were Jasmine’s real mate!

My jaw dropped as I watched them. They also looked confused, just like I was. Who would think Jasmine would be fated to be with mates like them?

I shook my head. My life was about to take a drastic turn, and I couldn’t just stand and watch without doing anything. I had to do something about this situation.

I watched as others made up with the ones they ended up with after the dance, but Jasmine just stood between them without moving or saying a word.

I began to take steps backward, and I finally turned and rushed away from the festival ground and onto the parking lot where I believed I would be away from everyone.

I finally got there and leaned on one of the cars, trying to catch my breath first. I still couldn’t believe what I saw back there. Jasmine was the three brothers’ mate.

This changes a lot of things. It was confusing. What do I do?

I stood there, my head buried in my palm as I tried to bring myself to accept the situation and figure something out.

I was still lost in thought when I began to hear my name, and it was Jasmine’s voice.

“Noah!” She called.

I moved from where I was and decided to leave before she could see me.

“Noah!” She called again, and this time it sounded like she was behind me, so I had to wait. I couldn’t move from where I was.

I felt a hand on my shoulder which later wrapped around my waist. I knew it was her, but I was also sure that I would have to excuse myself first to think about this.

“I have been looking for you, why did you leave me all alone there?” She grumbled.

I sighed and gently pulled her hand away before turning to her and cupping her face, “I’m sorry, I just need to get to a very important place right now, and I didn’t want to spoil your fun by interrupting.”

Her face dropped, “Are you going somewhere? Now?” She asked.

I nodded at her, “Yes, Jasmine, I have to leave now, and it is an emergency,” I responded and kissed her forehead softly before rushing away before she could speak.

Jasmine was the three brothers’ mate, that was what kept ringing in my head as I walked away.
