Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 778

"Aunt Abbey, see for yourself," Flora's voice was steady as she handed over the paper.

Abbey unfolded the sheet on the table, and both Mr. Tanner and Selene leaned in closely. In the name section, "Flora" was boldly written. The answer sheet was covered in big red X's-every single question marked wrong. "Zero? Really?" Amanda's eyes widened in disbelief.

Could Flora's performance be this poor?

Mr. Tanner scrutinized the paper, comparing each question and answer meticulously. Every single one was incorrect. He recognized Flora's handwriting; it matched the script on the paper perfectly.

So, this was indeed her test?

A cold shiver ran down Mr. Tanner's spine. This was disastrous...

"Minister! I told you not to recheck, but you wouldn't listen!" Debra's voice cracked with frustration. "What's the point? Flora still scored zero!"

"Flora's ruined us!"

Apart from Selene, the rest of the Austenberg team looked ashen. They had advised Mr. Tanner against a recheck, but he had insisted. Now, the result was out, and it was still zero. They were not only embarrassed again, but they had also completely angered Abbey. How could they ever set foot on Lone Island again?Belongs to NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.

"Master, you... sigh," sighed Joy.

If Abbey decided to retaliate and ban the Austenberg team from Lone Island, what then?

They even began to resent Flora. It was bad enough she had caused this mess, but she claimed the scores were falsified and didn't stop Mr. Tanner from rechecking. They were in this embarrassing situation because of her!

"No way, Flora, you actually scored zero..." Adrian looked at the answer sheet, his face a mix of disbelief and pity. What kind of luck did Flora have to get every question wrong?

He could step on the paper and score higher than Flora did.

"Adrian, what's with that face?"

Kruz's tone was serious. "Do you think scoring zero is easy? It's harder than getting full marks Flora's ability to avoid every Correct answer is something else!"

Abbey looked at Flora, a hint of pity in her eyes. "Flora, I didn't want to make a big deal out of this. I gave you a chance, but you didn't take it. What do you have to say now?"

"Heh." A cold laugh escaped Flora's lips. She lifted her eyes, a chilling light flickering in them.

Her voice was cold and sharp. "You're trying to deceive us with a fake paper?"

"Flora, are you saying this paper is fake?" Kruz quickly asked.

"Yeah." Flora narrowed her eyes, her voice icy. "This isn't my paper."

"Are you still going to twist the truth?" Abbey had already prepared her strategy, her confidence unshaken. "This is clearly your paper The handwriting matches

yours perfectly. How can you deny

it?

"Handwriting can be imitated!" Kruz jumped in. "Maybe someone deliberately copied Flora's handwriting!"

"Kruz, are you saying I framed Flora? This paper is hers, believe it or not."

"Flora, since you claim this isn't yours, show us the evidence. Otherwise, your score remains zero."

"Do you really think you can control everything?" Flora's gaze was unflinching. She paused, then let out a low laugh. "Do you think you have that kind of power?" She rubbed her wrist casually and spoke with quiet confidence, "You really think I have no evidence?"
