Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 771

The results were out; what more could anyone say?

Even thinking about blaming Flora seemed pointless now.

Because honestly, what good would it do?

It was just heartbreaking.

A few girls, led by Debra, couldn't hold back their tears.

Months of hard work, just down the drain, completely wasted!

Joy felt a bit bummed out too, though she never expected Flora to score zero.

But Flora's score didn't really affect her much.

Ms. Abbey had assured her she'd find a way to get her into the medical program anyway.

"Flora, what happened?" Selene asked, her voice full of worry.

Scoring zero was just too bizarre.

There had to be some sort of mistake.

Flora's eyes were icy as she stood up, pulling her hand out of her jacket pocket.

Her jaw was set tight, and she radiated a fierce chill.

Her eyes locked onto the scrolling results on the big screen, and suddenly, she let out a smirk. "Hah..."

They really thought they could play her like this?

"Flora, come on, tell us what happened. How could you score zero?" Selene's voice was desperate, her usual calm shattered.

News of Flora's zero score and her elimination from the prelims would wreck her reputation once it hit Austenberg!

The whole country, young and old, would be on her case!

No joke, going back to Austenberg would be like walking into a storm.

"The results are wrong."

Seeing the worry in Selene's eyes, Flora pressed her lips together and replied coldly.Nôvel(D)rama.Org's content.

"The results are wrong?!" Mr. Tanner jumped out of his chair when he heard that. "Yes."

"Flora, if you scored zero, then you scored zero, Just accept it..." Joy said, her face a mix of emotions. "The medical competition has been around for years, it's super credible. There's no way the results are wrong. Plus, you were just guessing on the answers..."

Guessing on the answers, maybe she was just that unlucky, not getting a single one right.

"Just stop talking!" Mr. Tanner cut off Joy sharply, finding her comments unhelpful. He stared hard at Flora, asking urgently, "Flora, I'm asking you again, are you sure there's something wrong with the results?"

Honestly, it was hard for him to believe Flora could score zero.

Back when the national medical department set the exam, Flora aced it, and she always got perfect scores at the University of Maple Grove too.

That spoke volumes about her solid foundation.

Even though she hadn't attended the pre-competition medical training and had guessed on the questions, scoring zero seemed impossible.

But now that Flora mentioned it, he sensed something was off.

Mr. Tanner kept his eyes on Flora, and after seeing her nod, he made up his mind.

He would request a review of the results!

He had already worked it out; as long as Flora's score was over fifty, they could still make it to the next round!

...

Backstage at the medical competition.

"Ms. Abbey, the Austenberg team has requested a review of the results..." a staff member said nervously.

He knew this would stir up trouble.

He couldn't understand why Abbey would mess with Flora's scores like this. It was too risky and had no real benefit.

Abbey had expected the Austenberg team to ask for a review, so she remained calm: "Bring them here."

She had a plan for this.

Flora wanted a review? She'd need to have the skills to make it happen.

...

Elsewhere.

Kruz, Ethan, and Adrian, among others, were gathered together.
