“Okay. You didn’t tell me you’ve got a boyfriend”Samantha pouted when I walked inside the house.

“I told you a guy confessed to me in the closet, right?”I rolled my eyes.

“Yes, but.. wait, is it that same guy?, I mean, the guy that came to take you?, the lobby guy?, night party?, and the headband?…”Sam expounded.

“Gosh. You are way more smarter than I thought”I replied and she smirked.

“So, you accept him on the show, wow”Sam chuckled.

“I didn’t accept him”I chimed in.

“Then why did you call him your boyfriend”she asked.

“Oh, there!, see!”Samantha shouted.

The blaring of my alarm woke me up the next morning.

I stood up and walked to the cupboard.

I opened it and there found the drink then I grab it before closing the cupboard.

I moved to the window and drew the curtains apart then opened the window.

The wind blew up now air and I smiled and stared Into th gentle morning.

I uncapped the drink and took a gulp from it.

“Before brushing?”a voice said behind me and I quickly turned around sharply.

“What the… Sam!, why did you sneak on me like that”I asked.

“Why are your drinking without brushing your mouth”she asked again.

“I didn’t eat yesterday and I was hungry”I replied.

She scoffed and shook her head..

“So much for not brushing before drinking in the morning?”

“Anyways, your bath is ready”she added and left.

I stepped out of my ride with my school bag and sighed when u saw the students are already gathering up.

I started walking towards the building and they all gathered around me.

They murmured as I walked past them.

I sighed and finally walked inside the building.

Soon, the bell rang and the teacher walked in.

He smiled at me and began taking me gently towards the door.

“Sorry, Ma’am. We will be back”he said to the teacher and she nodded with a smile.

He opened the entrance door and pulled me out first and also stepped out then he closed the door behind him swiftly.

“Miss Fontana”one of the guard called.

“Okay, I’m not going to kidnap her, uhm?.”Darrel rolled his eyes while the guard scoffed.

“We can’t let you take her anywhere unless you take us with you”the guard said.

“Gosh, you guys don’t get the hint, do you?. We’re lovers and we need an alone time together”Darrel replied.

The guards moved back a little and cleared their throats.

“But, the class is still going on..”the guard said again.

Darrel sighed softly and pulled me away without uttering any word.

He took me to the guys restroom and I threw him a quizzical look.

“Why are we here”I asked.

“Have you consider my feelings?”he asked instead.

I nudged my head forward and gulped down then folded my arms and leaned against the wall.

“Well, n.. no”

“Really?. And why did you call me your boyfriend back on the show yesterday and I have even forgotten I gave someone my headband”

“Oh, the day I passed out, you gave that to me”

“And why don’t you return it to me the next day?”he asked.

I stared at him and snorted.

“If the reason you dragged me here is because of the headband stuff, then, I will have to return back to the class”

“Okay, so, you don’t get to call me yours before you’ve accept my feelings and this is not like a game”he said angrily.

I looked at him for some minutes then took my face away.

I walked over to the sink and opened the faucet in it and washed both of my hands while staring at the mirror.

I splashed some water on my face and breathed out.

I moved the loose strands of my head backwards and left the sink.

I walked over to the door and opened it.

Surprisingly, I found Mia leaning on the wall near to the door.

Huh?.

“Hey”she turned to me and waved.

I rolled my eyes and as I made to move away, she said something that made me stop dead in my track.

“Have you forgotten your secret is still with me?”

I turned to her and stared at her speechlessly.

Why is she bringing that up now.

“I still have your secret with me, Fontana. I sometimes wonder what will happen if the people see their Fontana in that clip!”

I turned to her and shook my head.

“You’re just being vulnerable”I said and turned back again.

“Darrel!”she said again, making me stop.

“Did you really think he loves you?”she added and took a step closer to me with her arms folds under her boobs.

I sighed softly and turned to her fully.

“It was just a game. All the affections he’s showing to you now are fake cause he and his friends already placed a bet on you, all that he’s doing is to get what he wants and win an award and believe me, he won’t stop until he get what he wants from you”
