Claimed By The Dangerous Alpha King: Betrayed Luna Novel by Gorgeous Aliyah

Chapter 124

I stood in the living room, trying to decide what to do with Kira, I didn’t know which one was more dangerous, bringing her along or leaving her behind. Part of me didn’t care what happened to her, but another part of me couldn’t bear the thought of her getting hurt. She was my property, after all, and I decided when I wanted to get rid of her, not anyone else.

As I waited for her to change, I couldn’t help but think about how much she had grown on me. I had bought her that sultry dress she was wearing, and she looked stunning in it. She seemed to be enjoying wearing it too, because she didn’t even hesitate to put it on when I told her to get dressed. I remembered the first time she wore it, she looked so uncomfortable, but now she seemed to own it.

I had a feeling that I couldn’t take her out looking like that. I needed her to blend in, not stand out. Although, I doubted she would need to. I had a plan, and it didn’t involve running, it involved fighting. I was going to be doing the work, I was just bringing her along because I didn’t feel okay leaving her behind.

As we left the house, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of unease. What were we getting ourselves into? And why was I risking everything to protect this girl? 1 didn’t have the answers, but I knew I had to try.

“Stay close to me.” I said, as we walked out of the house. Kira nodded, her eyes scanning the surroundings. She was alert, ready for anything even though she had no idea what we were going to do or where we were going

Rachel had given me the address this morning and decided to have breakfast before leaving. It had been so long I’d seen her because I’d not had to catch any bad guys recently and it was nice to hear from her again,

I pulled up to the address of their hideout, a rundown abandoned house on the outskirts of town. I sighed in frustration, wondering why criminals always seemed to choose the most obvious places to hide. If I were a cop, this would be the first place I’d look. The house loomed before us, its windows boarded up and its door hanging crookedly on its hinges. It looked like it had been abandoned for years, but I knew better.

Kira had been asking me “Where are we going?” nonstop since we turned down a dark corner, and I was getting annoyed. But now that the car was parked, she seemed to sense my irritation and kept quiet. She didn’t even bother to ask where we were, like she already knew. I found that strange. Did she have some kind of intuition? Or was she just trying to avoid my

wrath?

I turned to her and raised an eyebrow. “You know where we are, don’t you?”

She nodded, her eyes fixed on the abandoned house. Her expression was calm, almost serene. I didn’t like it.

“How did you know?” I asked, curious.

“The van. That’s the van they came in.” She said and I asked if she

was sure o

of what she was saying-

“I’m certain.” She confirmed.

I wasn’t convinced, but I didn’t have time to press her further. I nodded towards the house. “That’s where they are. Let’s go

As we stepped out of the car, Kira pointed to a van parked outside the house. “That’s the one.” she said, her voice low. This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org: ©.

I nodded, taking note of the van’s license plate number. “Good job,” I said, impressed a little. She was turning out to be more useful than I thought.

We approached the house cautiously, looking for any signs of traps or guards. But it seemed like they weren’t expecting us. We slipped inside, finding ourselves in a dimly lit hallway. The air was thick with dust and the stench of rot.

Stay close, I whispered to Kira, my eyes scanning the shadows.

She nodded, her hand brushing against mine. I felt a jolt of electricity at the touch, but pushed it aside This wasn’t the time.

We moved deeper into the house, our footsteps echoing off the walls. I could hear voices coming from upstairs, and my heart quickened. We were getting close..

“Get ready,” I whispered to Kira, my hand on the banister.

She nodded, her eyes fixed on the stairs. And then we were moving, creeping up the stairs like ghosts.

I charged into the room, my fists flying as 1 took down the first guy. He was big, but I was bigger. I had a score to settle, and 1 wasn’t going to let anyone get in my way. Kira was watching from the side-lines, screaming at every chance she got. I could hear her shouting “Aston, be carefull” and “Oh my god, Aston!” but I tuned her out. I was in the zone, focused on taking down anyone who dared to get in my way.

The second guy came at me with a knife, but I disarmed him easily. I slammed him into the wall, and he crumpled to the ground. Kira was still screaming, but I could hear a hint of excitement in her voice now. She was getting into it, cheering me on as I took down the bad guys.

The third guy tried to tackle me, but I was too strong. I threw him across the room, and he landed with a thud. Kira was cheering now, shouting “Yes!” as 1 took down the fourth guy with a swift kick to the stomach.

But it wasn’t until I was done, and all five guys were lying on the ground, that I noticed Kira’s role in the fight. She had been finishing them off as I hit them, making sure they didn’t get back up. I was shocked but I also knew she had it in her. From the first day that I met her after she jumped down from a five storey building with a baby in her stomach just to escape, I knew she was no ordinary woman.

As I stood there, catching my breath, Kira came over to me. She was grinning from ear to ear, her eyes shining with excitement. “That was amazing!” she exclaimed. “You’re so strong!” it wasn’t like her to give me compliments so I knew she was genuinely happy.

I couldn’t help but smile. I had never seen her like this before.

“Thanks.” I said, feeling a sense of pride. “I could have finished them off on my own though, why did you put yourself in danger?

Kira’s grin faltered for a moment, and she looked at me uncertainly. “What do you mean?” she asked.

“I mean, you were finishing them off as I hit them,” I said. “You were helping me.”

Kira’s face lit up again, and she nodded. “I was just trying to help,” she said. “I also wanted my revenge, I’m the one they

traumatized.”

“Let’s get out of here?” I told her when I remembered we still had to clean up the mess, it was a society that only made a big deal about what bothered them and I knew a bunch of bodies in an abandoned building would do that.

As I wrapped up the last of the unconscious men and tossed him into the van, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction. We had taken down the group of thugs without any major issues, and now it was time to dispose of them

“Kira, what do you think we should do with them?” I asked, turning to her as she stood guard outside the van.

She thought for a moment before responding. “I don’t know, Aston. What are our options

“Well, we could set the van on fire and burn all the evidence,” I suggested, considering the pros and cons of such a move.

Kira’s eyes widened in alarm. “I don’t think that’s a good idea, Aston. It’s too risky. What if someone sees us?”

I nodded, understanding her concerns. “Okay, what about driving it into a river then? We could weigh down the van and make it sink

Kira thought for a moment before nodding “That’s a better idea. But let’s make sure we’re far away from here before we do it

I nodded in agreement and started up the van, driving us away from the scene of the fight.

“You know we were just kidding earlier right? You know we’re taking them to the police, right?” she asked and I couldn’t help but wonder if she was the one kidding right now.

“Sure,” I nodded knowing fully well that I had no intention of lething any of them live.

After a while. I found a secluded spot near a river and drove the yun into the water, watching as it sank beneath the surface. I stood there for a moment, making sure it was fully submerged before turning to leave. Kira was fast asleep at the time so I

didn’t even have to explain anything to her.

“That’s taken care of
