Chasing My Pregnant Wife

Chapter 975

Rosalie wanted to chase after Theodore, but her feet felt like they were weighed down by lead. She stood still, unable to move.Property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

She couldn't chase after him. She and Theodore were over. She would let him hate and despise her.

After all, he already had Aurora. She and Theodore were never meant to be.

Sebastian walked up behind Rosalie and embraced her. "Rose, thank you for believing in me. Thank you."

In the end, Rosalie had chosen to believe him. A smug and wicked smile spread across his lips.

'Theodore, you're never going to win. I've never hurt Rosalie. I was by her side during her darkest times, while all you do is hurt her,' he thought.

Roselle painfully closed her eyes and forcefully pried his hands off her.

She turned to face him. "Seb, did you really go to find Theodore with a bunch of bodyguards and guns? Did you really want to hurt him? Tell me the truth!" she demanded.

Just now, she hadn't completely doubted Theodore.

Whether she believed Theodore or not didn't matter anymore. Theodore had Aurora now, and they had a child together. She didn't want to be involved with him any longer.

Sebastian's breath grew shallow, and he gripped Rosalie's shoulders tightly. "Rose, you don't believe me? Do you believe Theodore?"

Just now, Rosalie had chosen to believe him. How could she turn around and change her mind as soon as Theodore left?

"Seb..." Rosalie felt conflicted. "Can you tell me the truth? Did you go there with a gun?"

One of them must be lying to her, but she had no idea who it could be. She couldn't figure it

out.

"I did go with a gun, but my bodyguards carried them. In Melrine, it's legal for people to carry guns, What if I encountered danger? Of course, I need armed protection when I go out. Theodore saw me with the gun, and then we fought. He beat me up, but even after he beat me like this, I didn't shoot him. Doesn't that prove something?"

Rosalle silently looked at Sebastian for a long time before letting out a sigh. She had nothing to rebut him with. She felt that his explanation made sense.

Rosalie didn't know what actually happened. Everyone had a different version of the story, and she didn't know who to believe.

The issues between Sebastian and Theodore were too complicated. They were enemies, and if they wanted to fight, she would let them. She couldn't care less.

She was so confused right now.

"Seb, let's leave it at that. I don't want to talk about this matter anymore. And don't push all

the blame onto Theodore."

Sebastian's heart was filled with buming anger. In the past, whenever something like this happened, Rosalie would always defend him and blame Theodore. But now, she actually told him not to blame Theodore for everything.

Why had Rosalie changed? Why wasn't she defending him anymore?

Sebastian was furious, but he didn't show it. He swallowed all of his anger, resentment growing in his heart.

However, he maintained a smile on his face.

"Okay. Let's not talk about this anymore. It's all in the past."

Indeed, he had gone there with a gun, intending to kill Theodore. It would definitely be detrimental to him if Rosalie knew the truth, so it was better to leave it at that.

Now, he felt that the real target to deal with wasn't Theodore, but this man named Vincent.
