Chasing My Pregnant Wife

Chapter 880

She deliberately said "two months" sarcastically. After all, when he was away on a business trip for two months, he was in truth with Cynthia- something Rosalie had only learned later.

Whenever she got angry at Theodore, she couldn't help but think of how he had hurt her. Each instance remained vivid in her mind.

"I will," Theodore replied. "I plan to stay here for a month. Anyhow, we'll be together forever, never to part."

Theodore knew Rosalie was mocking him, so he returned the favor. He had repaid what he owed Rosalie during that kidnapping incident. When Rosalie chose Sebastian over him, he had already died once. He had used his life to repay Rosalie, and she had avenged him for all the hurt he had foolishly inflicted on her.

Aurora felt a surge of joy. She didn't know if Theodore meant what he said, but a month was enough time for her to enjoy herself. She had initially thought he would return right after seeing his ex-wife.Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.

Sebastian asked, "Mr. Spencer, have you made a reservation here? This restaurant is quite difficult to book."

Theodore replied, "No. Aurora and I plan to go to another restaurant."

Sebastian raised his eyebrow, and said with a smile, "Why don't you join us? Our table seats four people. It would be great to catch up since we haven't seen each other in a while."

Theodore narrowed his eyes menacingly and asked, "Have you regained your memory?"

Sebastian chuckled. "The treatment here has been quite successful. I've regained some memories, including your remarkable achievements, Mr. Spencer."

Theodore smirked. "Is that so? That's good to hear. I also remember your accomplishments."

Sebastian's smile froze momentarily, worried Theodore might bring up a particular incident.

However, so what if he did? Sebastian wouldn't admit it, and Rosalie wouldn't believe Theodore anyway.

Rosalie had been missing Theodore

all this while, but Theodore had gone off to date someone else. She must feel thoroughly betrayed now. No one liked to be let down.

"Theodore are we leaving?" Aurora asked. She didn't want to stay any longer; the atmosphere was too tense, and she was worried that Theodore would suffer more harm.

Only she knew how much pain Theodore was in, but he had no choice but to pretend. Deep inside, he was already battered ando bruised.

Heaven knew how close Theodore was to breaking down. Aurora felt sorry for him and wanted to take him home to comfort him. Theodore was gripping her waist tightly, as if venting his emotions. Aurora endured the sharp pain and struggled to smile. She needed to let him vent. Otherwise, he would break down. She had to endure the pain, no matter how much it hurt. Theodore was so caught up in his suffering that he didn't even realize he was hurting Aurora.

At that moment, a waiter approached. "Mr. Spencer, we have a table for you now. Would you like to go there?"

Theodore held Aurora and said, "It seems we can't sit together. Aurora and I will head to the other table. Enjoy your meal."

After saying that, Theodore and Aurora walked away. Their seats weren't far from Sebastian and Rosalie.

Rosalie's mind was buzzing, as if she just had a nightmare.

Half a minute later, Sebastian gently said, "Rose, why don't you sit down? We haven't finished our lunch."

Rosalie returned to her senses, nodded numbly, and followed Sebastian back to their seats.

As she lifted her head, she could see Theodore and Aurora at their table.
