Chapter 1132
Rosalie stood stunned, but she recovered quickly and pretended not to see anything. She turned around to leave.
"Rose!" Theodore called, stopping her in her tracks. "It's not what you think it is."
Theodore was worried Rosalie might think he was having a rendezvous with Aurora.
Rosalie didn't respond to Theodore's explanation, but Aurora was very affected by it. She looked at Theodore in disbelief. She didn't understand why there was a need to explain things. What Rosalie saw between them was exactly what was going on.
Theodore looked at Rosalie and then looked back at Aurora. He felt like he was stuck in between them, caught in a dilemma.
"I'm just out for some fresh air. I didn't mean to interrupt. Just go on talking."From NôvelDrama.Org.
"Rose, I'm not talking to her, just..."
"No need to explain things to me," Rosalie said, cutting him off.
Rosalie saw the fury in Aurora's eyes, but because Aurora was standing behind Theodore, he didn't see the frightening look in her usually innocent eyes.
Rosalie looked back fearlessly at Aurora. "Didn't you two sleep with each other? Does it matter what you two talk to each other about?"
Rosalie's indifferent yet piercing words rendered Theodore speechless. "Rose, I..."
Despite his towering height, he felt as small as a midget. He couldn't even lift his head.
Aurora suppressed the anger in her chest and took a few steps forward. "Rose, things aren't what you think they are. I simply said a few words to Theo. Don't take it to heart."
Rosalie couldn't care less about it, but Aurora's words felt phony.
"I didn't take it to heart. Don't overthink it," she said flatly.
and fear
"You did, and can tell. Calm down and don't get agitated." Aurora
approached her and grabbed

Aurora spoke in a trembling voice, as if she were on the verge of tears. Both her emotions and attitude were on point, just like an A-list actor on set. Rosalie looked coldly at Aurora.
Theodore furrowed his brow; he was about to pull Aurora away when Rosalie said with a smile, "I'm not agitated, you phony schemer who likes to act innocent."
Aurora's face stiffened as she looked at Rosalie in shock. "How...how could you say that of me?"
Rosalie shook Aurora's hand off.
"What else do you want me to say?
You insist on saying all that
nonsense to me just to show how
innocent and magnanimous you are.
Don't you feel tired?"
"I...I didn't," Aurora said as tears started falling. "Rose, you've misunderstood me. I was just worried that you might misunderstand Theo, so I..."
"Enough," Rosalie said, cutting
Aurora off. "I find it annoying, even if
you don't. Quit acting. I'm just out here for some fresh air. Continue talking if you please. It's none of my business."
Rosalie turned to leave.
"Rose!" Aurora chased after Rosalie, but Theodore stopped her in her tracks, his countenance dark and cold.
"Enough. Don't go after her."
"Theo." Aurora looked up at him, tears in her eyes. "Theo, I didn't mean to make her angry. I didn't expect things to turn out this way, I just wanted to speak up for you. Rose..."
"Aurora," Theodore said, cutting her off mid-sentence. "You were being unnecessary just now and it made things uncomfortable. Don't do this again." Aurora bit her lip as more tears fell down her cheeks. "I know. I...I won't say that again, I'm sorry. I'll...I'll apologize to Rose."
