Diego’s POV.

“Brianna” I called while walking around the house.

I don’t even know where she is.

I walked out of the house to the pool side. I can’t believe this place has changed so much.

“Brianna!” I called, realising a sigh. There she was sitting on the bare ground, the wind was blowing awfully, it was about to rain.

“Let’s go in, it’s about to rain”

“I’d rather stay here and get drenched to stupor than go back to that room with a non-apologetic man like you”

“I hate your way of thinking. Because am a lady, I should always do as you say. I should always forsake myself and follow all your order. And remember this is fake so you can’t tell me what to do and what not to do.”

“Anna. I never meant it like that”

“Yes you did. You just made me feel useless because i’m a lady”

“Anna let’s just go in, your already not fine we don’t want you getting more sick”

“I’ll come in when I want to”She retorted.

I actually feel bad right now. She’s making me look like a beast. I’m not a bad person.

“I’m sorry Anna. I know this marriage is fake and I shouldn’t order you around and am also sorry for seeing your naked state”I mumbled before walking out.

“Wait, that’s not all, apologize for splashing mud on me”she yelled as I walked out.

It turned to see her trying to stand up.”I’m not the one that drove the car”

“But it’s your car. And you told your driver to go without apologizing” she explained and I realized a sigh.

“Fine! sorry for splashing mud on you”

“Good. Now I can go in”She smiled.

I gave her a frown.

“Did you pull all those drama because you wanted me to apologize”

“Here you go again calling my anger drama. It isn’t a drama but I know it’s hard for men to apologize but you did it freely so I forgive you. My mom used to tell me this; men that says sorry are rare and should be acknowledge”

I looked straight into that blue eyes of hers walked closer to her touched her forehead then her neck

“I don’t think your fine missy”

“Call me Missy one more time and I’ll feed you to my lions you dick head”She cursed as she made effort to walk out.

She limped so much. I could see the redness of her leg as she limped towards the main entrance. In swift movement, I moved to her and picked her off the feet, which left her screaming “put me down you big headed man”

“Do I really have a big head?” I asked and she chuckled. She wrapped her right arm around my neck slowly.

“You would if you were bald. Your hair covered the humourous shape of your head”

“Your a meanie”I muttered.

Brianna’s POV.

I didn’t believe he could apologize. I have never come across a man who apologizes, he looks all cold and devilish but in reality he isn’t. He’s just a bighead man with little brain and a very calm heart,”

I couldn’t believe I could feel safe in his arms after he’d seen my naked state.

“When are we producing the baby?” He asked and I flinched.

“What baby? You never said anything about baby, I never read anything about babies.”

“Married couples ought to have kids. And I guess you didn’t read the contract well. The last part was well stated”

“Oh! Because you carried me all the way from the pool side up to the room you think I’ll listen to what you say. Keep dreaming mister”

“I try my best to intimidate you with my looks and my eyes yet you stand so boldly talking to me. You’re the only one who thinks I am not scary”, he explained and I couldn’t help but laugh.

“You Scary?” I questioned.

“I am” he started dropping me on the bed.

The food that was scattered on the floor wasn’t there anymore, the bedsheets were changed and looked fresh.

“I knew you poured the soap purposely so I could fall but karma being so kind made you fall”He laughed taking his shirt off.

“What are you doing? Why do you want to take your clothes off in my presence”

“We are married to Anna.”

“It’s a fake marriage Diego”

“So? And in the eyes of the law we are” he explained and I used the duvet to cover my face the moment I saw him reaching for his boxer.

“You need to take a bath too. Common let’s go” he said walking towards me.

I could hear him matching towards me as I made out a scream. “You big headed man. Don’t you dare touch me”

Pulling me out of the bed, he took the duvet out of my face while I screamed.

“You pervert. I hate you I fucking hate you. I don’t need a bath”.

“Oh yes you need a bath sweetheart. You stink”

When I opened my eyes to see him, he was still in his shorts and he had a smile on his always grumpy face.

“Now you’re scared.”

“You!”

“Go have your bath your stinking”

Diego’s POV

Honestly, I thought Brianna was crazy to accept my offer in such a way. I thought she did it just for the money.

She did it for herself. She didn’t want to go jail.

I thought she was happy to be in such a house. I never knew she was still trying to adjust to this place.

“Diego. You’ll just have to tell me why you got married to me. I won’t do as you say. I need to know what am in for”

“I told you it’s all for money’s sake.”

“Your lying and you should know I hate it when people lie.”, She started walking out of the bed.

“Anna. Commonly you get angry easily”.

“Why won’t I? I just explained that I hate when people lie to me”

“Am not lying i’m just not telling you.”

“Then tell me”

“Okay fine. Granny seized my inheritance and she said the only way for me to get It back is if I get married and have a child” I explained and her jaw dropped.

“Meaning. If we have a child together she’ll give you back your inheritance then after a year you’ll divorce me there by separating a child from its mother. That’s won’t be fair”

“I know.”

“If you do this your going to ruin our child’s future”

“Our child? Meaning you’re going to give me a child?”

“That’s what I am being paid for. To help you get your inheritance, to be your baby mama” She smiled before limping to the bathroom.

This girl acts strange. She’s weird.
