“So, Nathan, what do you think about this beauty?” Nora turned to me and asked.

Glaring at the crazy girl, a smirk played on my lips. The opportunity to piss her off, which I’ve been waiting for, is finally here, and I would not miss it for anything.

“Don’t be ridiculous Nora, I mean, take a look at this girl, she’s not beautiful at all. She’s not my taste, she looks more like a man, than a lady. She short, she’s… she’s crazy, not my kind of girl.” I scoffed, as I rolled my eyes.

Nora gasped, as a frown settled on her face, while Nina just glared at me, not saying a word.

“Coming from a jerk, who doesn’t even have eyes to see, let alone the brain to think. Look here Nathan, or whatever you are called, I would not stand here, and watch you insult me, ok? I shouldn’t have come here in the first place, it was all a bad idea. I’m out of here.” She flared angrily, and with that, she turned and started walking away.

Shit! I’ve messed things up. I didn’t plan to piss her off to this extent. If I had known my words were gonna hurt her this much, then I wouldn’t have said it, now she’s so angry. What do I do now?

“What was that for, huh?” Nora huffed angrily, glaring hard at me.

“Nora I’m…” I tried explaining to her, but she scoffed, and walked away angrily.

“Shit!” I cursed under my breath, before turning to face Eve, who had a frown on her face.

“You shouldn’t have said that to her.” She bit her lip.

Letting out a sigh, I turned around and rushed to where I parked my car, before hopping in, and driving out of the place. I really need to go find her. It’s getting late, and it’s dangerous out there, I can’t let her get into trouble…

Nina POV

I kept scoffing angrily, as I walked down the road, tears kept streaming down my cheeks. In my entire life, I’ve never been this hurt, I know I shouldn’t be angry, but I can’t just help it. I don’t know what I’ve done to him, I don’t know why he hates me this much, I don’t know why he finds pleasure in hurting me. I regret coming here, if I had known he was gonna be here, then I wouldn’t have bothered coming here in the first place.

I hate you Nathan! I hate you! I kept cursing inwardly, as I walked through the dark road. It’s very late, and I know I shouldn’t be out on the street alone, knowing some bad boys might hurt me, but I don’t give a damn, I don’t care if I get attacked by anyone, the pains I’m going through now, is worse than being attacked.

After walking for what seemed like forever, a bright light flashed on me from behind, as I felt my heart skipped like a million times. Oh my God! I’m dead. I gulped down nothing, as I felt my heart thumping heavily against my ribcage, like it’ll force its way out anytime soon. Different thoughts came rushing through my mind, as i hastened my pace. Heaven knows that i will never forgive that jerk, if anything happens to me here, I’m going to make sure my ghost haunt him, if I die here.

Hearing the sound of a car, approaching me from behind, triggered my fear, as i kept contemplating on whether to start running for my dear life, or wait keep calm.

“Oh holy lord, I can’t die now, you know that, right? I haven’t even married, i haven’t done that thing, you can’t let me die now.” I prayed silently, as i started walking as fast as my legs could carry me.

“Stop lying Nina, you’ve done it.” My subconscious mind reminded me, and I scoffed. Even if I’ve done it, that doesn’t mean that I should die, right? I’m still very young, I have no child yet, and… oh goodness!

The car double crossed me, almost knocking me down, as i halt abruptly, and balled my fist, waiting for whoever was inside, to come out. Even if he or she is gonna kill me, I know I must give him the beating of his life. Thank God I didn’t wear something bugging.

After what seemed like forever, the door finally opened, and a guy came out, before walking towards me. As he got closer, his face became visible, and that was when I saw the cigarette in his mouth, with some smoke, puffing out of his nose, as he smells of alcohol. Eeew!

“Hey beautiful.” He smirked, as he staggered towards me.

Oh sweet lord, what’s this nonsense? Heaven knows that I’m so gonna deal with him. First, for scaring me this much, and secondly, for stopping me.

“What do you want? I believe I’m not disturbing you.” I glared at him, as I started beating him to pulp in my head. I know where to hit him, that will get him weakened, before I design his face with my fingers.

“Don’t be too harsh babe, how about we go have fun. Who knows, we can make out some time to fuck!” He winked at me, as he puffed some smoke out of his mouth. Just wow, I like how straight forward he is.

“Wow, I love that. I mean, I like when people are straight forward. I love how you went straight to the point, and stated what you want, instead of beating around the bush, well I’m sorry to disappoint you, but I think you should go fuck with your momma. I’m sure she will love you down there.” I smirked at him, as I started preparing myself mentally for the fight, that’s gonna be happening in a few minutes, because I know the dude won’t spare me, but fuck him! I’m all ready for him.

“How dare you talk to me in that manner, huh?” He growled angrily, as he charged at time.

“Let the show begin.” I tilted my head sideways, as it made a cracking sound…
