Author’s POV

Bella took a deep breath and turned around.

“Good evening”

She said looking at Anamika.

“Good evening dear”

Anamika smiled and gave her motherly hug. Bella’s tension flew out of the window when she saw anamika’s angelic smile which gave her comforting vibes.

She looked at Alexander’s father, Massimo and gulped. She had to look up to see into his eyes. Now she understood why Alexander looks so handsome. He has inherited everything from his father. But he didn’t gave her good vibes, it was more like devil in disguise. He didn’t even smile at her.

“Good evening, this is for you”

Bella said nervously while giving him vine bottle.

“Good evening… Thanks”

Massimo said with bored face and took it from her.

Bella frowned at his dry behavior. She couldn’t understand how Anamika chose a rude man him. She is so friendly and he isn’t. And he was scary too.

She thought looking at them.

“Is he mad at me”

Bella whispered to Alexander.

He replied with same tone.

She asked and he warned her with eyes.

Another feminine voice grabbed Bella’s attention and looked at the girl who was around her age.

With beautiful green eyes and long hair. Bella assumed her to be Raajnandini, Alexander’s sister.

“Hello”

Bella smiled and she returned her smile. Bella was being careful but she didn’t give her any bitchy vibes.

“Nice hairstyle Amanda… It suits you”

She said impressed.

Bella smiled.

“Thank you…”

Alexander scowled when she called her Amanda. He didn’t like it.

“Call her Bella.”

He said and everyone looked at him. Anamika gave him shocked look as she thought he told her that they know even when she told him not to.

“It’s her nickname, Bella for Bellissima… Amanda is too boring.”

He explained giving assuring look to his mother.

“Yes, you can call me Bella.”

Bella said, not realising the reality.

“Amanda is too boring.”

“I’ll be back”

Massimo said shaking his head and walked away after kissing anamika’s cheek.

“Of course… Bella is a beautiful name.”

Anamika smiled at her.

“How are you now?”

She inspected her cheek.

“Did he bothered you again?”

Bella smiled.

“No, he didn’t… Actually he is being nice to me. He said sorry”

She said and Anamika raised her eyebrows while looking at Alexander who never says sorry. He cleared his throat and looked away.

“And he took me to the shopping…”

Bella said excited.

“And he won stuff toy for me, he is so nice.”

Anamika chuckled.

“Very nice”

She looked at Alexander teasingly.

Raajnandini poked his brother teasingly.

“So Alexander the hunter caught new birdy to play with… Huh, playboy?”

She teased.

“Shut up…”

He rolled his eyes.

“May be i am wrong… Because Alexander The mafia prince never says sorry… Looks like this time hunter got hunted…”

She sighed dramatically.

“It’s not like that”

He gave her offended look.

“She seems completely different from that bitch… She is childish, look how excited she is just because you gave her soft toy… Girls like her are rare now a days… Don’t hurt her.”

She said.

“I heard you slapped her…”

“I thought she is Amanda. It was misunderstanding… I am not going to hurt Bella.”

He assured.

“So you like her”

She wiggled her eyebrows.

Alexander rolled his eyes at typical sister things.

“You are getting fat…”

He said looking up and down at her and she gasped.

“Maa… He is calling me fat.”

She complained and hit his chest, Alexander chuckled at her reaction.

“Don’t start, both of you… Let’s go i am hungry.”

Anamika scolded.

“Don’t mind… They always fight when meet but they love each other… Sibling things you know”

She said to Bella.

“I understand…”

Bella smiled. She has siblings too and they all does the same thing.

They all sat at the dining table and Alexander sat beside Bella. Massimo sat between Anamika and Raajnandini.

Bella sat there as maids started serving them. She has never got such a special treatment, till now she was the maid of her house.

Alexander excused himself when he got the important call. Bella looked at the beautifully decorated lobster confused. She has no idea how to eat it professionally and doesn’t want to embarrass herself in front of everyone.

She looked at them so she can copy them. Massimo separate it from shell and replaced his plate with Anamika. She smiled and kissed his cheek.

“Thank you”

Massimo smiled at her.

“Dad”

Raajnandini looked at him with pout and he chuckled. He did it for her too and she smiled.

“I love you dad.”

Massimo patted her head.

Bella smiled seeing how lovely father Massimo is. Even if he is scary mafia, he Loves his family not like her father who doesn’t even remember their names.

She sighed and ate piece of tomato from the plate. She looked up when her plate got picked up. Massimo replaced her plate too.

She looked at him with wide smile, it was surprising too. She wasn’t expecting it from her.

“Thank you”

She said and he nodded in acknowledgement.

Anamika looked at her husband lovingly.

“So sweet… I never knew that I can fall for you more than this…”

“I blame you… Whenever I think i can’t be a better person than this, you prove me wrong.”

He replied and pecked her lips.

Alexander came back and looked at Bella’s plate.

“You did it?”

He asked while sitting beside her.

Massimo said and everyone laughed.

Everyone started eating and bella excitingly took a bite of her lobster. Taste melted in her mouth as she ate delicious food. Alexander chuckled at her.

He never knew that small things can make someone so happy.

“Ahh…”

Bella moaned in pain and everyone looked at her.

“What happened?”

Alexander frowned at her.

“Something happened to my tongue… It stung”

Bella said painfully. Suddenly her cheeks swelled triple the size of her original cheeks.

“Fuck”

Alexander cursed looking at her face.
