“Final na ba talaga?”

I sighed when Zhackie asked for the nth time, I nodded and smiled at him

“Don’t worry, three months lang ako’ng aalis…. and please don’t asked again kung saan ako pupunta, okay? I promise I’ll be safe..” I smiled again but he just answered me with silencd.

“Nasasaktan ako.” Mabilis ko’ng tinigil ang pag-iimpake ng mga gamit ko ng bigla siyang magsalita ” I’m your brother, but why are you acting like that in front of me? I kept forcing my self not to cry and not to felt hurt, I’m strong, I can’t be weak, they have their own problems I don’t want to be a burden.

I smiled and stared at him

“What do you want me to do? Cry? mourned? ” I tried to made it sounds like a joke but he just sighed “I’m hurt…. it’s hurt so much, Zha, but….” I sighed and bit my lips to stop my self from crying “… Ano’ng mapapala ko sa pag-iyak? “Cry. Just cry, it’ll make your feeling lighter…” I smiled “I’m your brother… I won’t laughed at you even if you look horrible”

In just a snap, tears started falling down to my cheeks again… ang hirap.. Sobrang hirap kapag tinatago mo yung sobrang bigat na pakiramdam, mahiral maging mag-isa, mahirap harapin ang problema mag-isa and with Zhackary here beside me, he never let me felt alone.

As I’ve look at his face, he seems okay but I know deep inside there’s a problem he’s hiding too. I sometimes envy him, Well… unlike me I have friends to lean on when things get hard, while he doesn’t have, introvert things I can’t understand.

“Don’t tell to Papa, okay?… just tell him that I-I’m with my friends trying to unwind.” I removed my sunglass and smiled at him but my smiled didn’t last for seconds when I saw who’s behind him.

“What are you doing here?” I tried to sound cheerful and even smiled at him but he just sighed and rolled his eyes.

“Dalian mo, Si Adam nasa bahay niyo nagwawala hinahanap ka” I stiffened “Let’s go, I’m coming with you… Kino sent me” I smiled a bit before waving Zhackary a good bye he just nod at me.

When the plane goes in the air, mabilis ko’ng tinapik ang braso ni Steve.

“Stop fooling me, you’re not here because Kino said so—”

“I’m here because you’re my friend–best friend, Izha” he didn’t even glanced at me.

“What’s the point of lying when I’m your best friend, right? Yah hiding from someone?” I teased making him sighed.

“Shut up, Izha, tinutungan na nga kitang magtago sa gago’ng ‘yon e” I was again out of words when he mentioned him, I smiled.

Geez, is it possible for me to forget him?

“Don’t rush things, it takes time” Steve left me with his word before sleeping.

I tried to close my eyes but Adam’s word keep bugging me.

Should I let him explain his side first? Should I listen to him first? But he already admitted it right?

“Should I let him explain first? Is it my fault?” I whispered not minding anyone even the man beside me thinking that he was sleeping but he suddenly speak with his bored but soothing voice.

“It’s not your fault, he’s just a bastard, Izha” he yawned before glancing at me “Let your heart rest first… and let me sleep”

I smiled.

I know he has a problem too, how can they act calm despite of what happening?

I looked at my wrist watch, it’s already 12:45 in the afternoon, I have an hours to sleep.

I guess she’s in our age only, She has a brown hair with a curl in the end, and a slim body but what attracted me the most was her aqua blue eyes na nagiging crescent moon kapag nangiti.

“Oh my gosh! Ang ganda niya!” I yelped and run towards her, naisip ko na baka mag-creep out siya pero mukhang mas natuwa pa siya because I can clearly heard her giggled.
