She Prince

Chapter 11

Wan ke’s P. O. V

“Do not pass the barrier “I order by placing the long cylinder shaped pillow between the two joined beds I stare at brother Lei curiously as his eyes has been fixed on me observing my every move since he came back from house of Jin and this situation made me completely uncomfortable.

Unfolding the blanket I lay on the bed covering myself with the blanket, closing my eyes I stay in darkness for few minutes still feeling his orbs on me, furrowing my eyebrows I open my eyes.

“What?,” I growl glaring at him in a way that I would crush him anytime.

“Are you pretending?,” be asks in a low voice which comes out like he knows something.

“Why?,” I sit up straight in a blink of an eye and lean forward with wide eyes.

Pretending? What?

Does he know something?

But how?

Have I’ve been acting where no one can doubt my identity?

How can he find it out so quickly when no in in Wen palace even knows. The guards and other people in our state doesn’t know who I am and WanKe as we have not been introduced to the public, the only thing which everyone knew was that Lord Wen has a son and a daughter.

Pushing my lists of questions behind my mind I look at seeking for an answer as he has been staring at me for all these while.

“You…,”

“I, What?,” I ask my voice coming put loud in anxiety.

“You roll around while sleeping,” he replies dryly.

“Ohh,” my lips forms into an ‘O’ shape and follows with a smile “I thought it’s something else.”

“What else?,” he questions watching me in curiosity.

“I never knew that you would speak a lot,” I try to change the topic, rubbing my palms over my arm dramatically I pass him a glance “God, it gives me creeps,” I scowl mockingly earning a deathly glares from him.

“You better not pass the barrier first,” he grunts dryly after a long moments of silence and lays on the bed.

“I got to be careful,” mumbling to myself I land my head on the pillow.

Light beams into darkness when I tilt up my right eyelids slightly after few hours. Lading straight on the bed I state at the wooden roof taking a deep breath in I move my eyeball the right being in the same position, a sigh of relief leaves my lips seeing him asleep. Moving my gaze away I lock my eyes to the roof again, after a long moment of silence confirming that he is in deep slumber Io lift my upper body slowly making sure not to occur any sound in the pin drop silence environment, sitting on the bed I slide to the edge slowly, placing my feet on the floor , I stand up keeping steps softly not giving pressure to the wooden floor as a tiger which hides and follows it’s prey.

Taking the wooden basin which I’ve arranged earlier by putting the towel and my clothes in it I walk out on my tippy toes. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.

Strolling out I keep on checking around making sure that no one finds me, entering the wash area I stroll to the last corner bath place for safety. Taking off my clothes I look over the curtain once again taking a deep breath I let it out in relaxation. Removing the material over my breast is the vest feeling ever like you get the feeling of caged bird being freed away. The tightness sometimes makes me difficult to breath but later on I’ve got used to it and I’m glad that they are not huge.

Changing my clothes I stroll to my room cautiously, as earlier I walk in slowly trying not make any noise, placing the basin on the table I walk to the bed.

“What are you doing?,” my feet freezes and my eyes widens in horror when I hear him.

Half opening his eyes he looks at me while my eyes are fixed on the bed with my lips parted. Standing straight from my bent position close to the bed I rub the back of my neck nervously.

“Washroom,” I blurt not making eye contact with him.

The surrounding captures silence and it remains for a very long time, moving my eyes from the floor I look at him to find him sleeping.

Damn… he is not awake, I was scared to death.
