He laughed, "Who else can I love?"

Kendrick nodded, "Yes, I love you."

She felt satisfied and muttered a few more words, but he didn't hear what she had said.

After a while, Kendrick put away the hair dryer. When he was about to leave, she grabbed his sleeve

and asked, "Where are you going?"

She didn't open her eyes but put forth a lot of strength in her hand.

"I'm going to bed," he replied.

"Okay."

Natalie moved a little inside, patted the place beside her, and said, "Sleep!"

Then, she threw a pillow at him. There were two pillows on her bed. She often rested her head on one

and held the other while sleeping.

Kendrick held the pillow and smelt her fragrance on it. After he turned off the light, the room fell silent.
