At a glance, one could see the affluent area at the foot of the mountain and the twinkling lights not far away. The hall was covered with high-quality wool carpet. There was only a long table with no other guests. Obviously, they had exclusively booked the whole restaurant.
Evelyn saw three men sitting at the table, and a woman in shirt and trousers sitting in the corner. Although she was dressed in plain clothes, her beautiful face still caught Evelyn’s attention.
When they saw Huston walk over, they all smiled meaningfully
and said, You re here.
Huston nodded slightly as a greeting. He placed his palm on the back of Evelyn’s waist with some force and said, “This is Evelyn. You don’t need me to introduce her, do you?”
